I am starting a new buisness and need client record cards for Alternative Treatments such as Reiki, Aromatherapy, Reflexolgy etc. Though can only find one’s for Beauty Treatments such as waxing etc . Can anyone tell me where I can purchase some or know of any company that makes them up.

you have to make them yourself. i did. i couldn’t find any either.
i have everything under the name of the client because once they try one they will try more and seperate client cards for each service is too dificult to keep up with (for me any way)
