I install alot of hardwood flooring and what we do in Canada is purchase some color match Minwax stain pens from Home Depot ( if the stain is scratched) then after matching the stain we coat the scratched area carefullly with clear nail polish.

This works very well is quite durable and will hide most minor scratches.

Just coat the scratch well sometimes using multiple coats and then if you find the nail polish shows as often it is shinier or newer than surrounding finish get a tiny piece of 220 grit sandpaper or extremly fine wood finishing steel wool and gently rough the surface of the new polish till you are satisfied with the look. Re-coat if you go to deep.
References :
What is the best way to touch up minor surface scratches in a hardwood floor that has recently refinished?
