What can I use to treat rash and red spots after waxing?

I have waxed my chest at a beauty clinic. What can I use to treat rash and red spots after waxing? Is there any cream, soap, oil etc…?

First exfoliate, so you don’t get bumps and in grown hair, then use something mild and natural- I like hydrocortizone cream because of the itch factor.
